St. Rose is set in the fictional city of Santo Ileso in southwestern America. Santo Ileso is currently under the control of three criminal gangs. Los Pateros, a speeding vehicle and a fitness-based gang. Idols is an anarchist party that focuses on clubs and nightlife.
The Xbox game shows Marshall Defense Industries, an international private military
corporation base in Santo Ileso, which is known for its advanced high-tech weapons and guns.
The player-character, “The Boss”, is a former member of the Martial Defense Industries. The game amalgamated a new gang from disgruntled members of these gangs and seized power from them. These new members include Nina, who officially works with Los Pateros as a mechanic and gang driver. Kevin, a DJ who was part of the Idols and manages the execution of their hitters; And Eli, a business entrepreneur with an MBA that now plans the boss gang’s activities.
In the gameplay, the city is divided into nine districts, including Rancho Providence. a small
